Kualifikasi :

- 1 year experience in IT Technical Support
- Skilled in LAN/WAN networking, Windows OS installation and standard software installation.
- Expert in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer focus
Job Description :
- Install and maintain software, hardware and network systems.
- Troubleshoot and support IT equipment (PCs, printers, etc.).
- Manage applications, email, and IT infrastructure.
- Provide end-user training and ensure SOP compliance.
- Offer ongoing IT support across all business units within the Tempo Scan Group.
