Kualifikasi :
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK), Diploma/Bachelor preferred
- At least 1 year of experience as SPG/SPB or retail sales
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
- Good sense of color coordination, aesthetics, and product presentation
- Able to identify customer preferences and recommend products based on colors and designs
- Customer-oriented with good product consultation skills
- Good interpersonal skills, disciplined, adaptable, and proactive
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
